Using this shop

By browsing, creating an account, or checking out you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, leave the site. We may update this page; the date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address, size, and width you choose. Style numbers, photographs, and copy describe the pair we intend to ship; small leather-grain differences are normal on oil-tanned uppers.

Orders, price, and payment

A listing is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a stock issue, and we will refund any amount already captured. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude tax unless shown. Card payments are processed by our gateway; we do not store full card numbers on this server.

Shipping and returns

Free shipping applies to qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more, plus free returns of unworn pairs within 30 days. Full rules live on the Shipping and Returns pages. Title and risk pass when the carrier scans the carton.

Accounts and conduct

Keep your password private. Do not scrape the catalog, overload the site, post malware, or impersonate the shop. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or the law.

Intellectual property

The Red WingH name, last drawings, photographs, and page layout on this site belong to Cannon River Leather Co LLC or its licensors. You may not copy the catalog for a competing shop. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing is allowed.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. Our liability for any claim arising from an order or from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the goods at issue. We are not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages. Governing law

Minnesota law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Goodhue County, Minnesota have exclusive venue, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where the goods or marks are at risk.
