Returns

Unworn Red WingH pairs in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free on qualifying orders that also met the $50 free-shipping threshold, and on pairs we shipped in error. Other returns may share the outbound freight. Start a return from your account or by writing [email protected] with the order number, style, size, and width.

What we take back

The pair must be unworn, unsoiled, and in the box with the tissue and tags that shipped. Leather that has creased from a day’s wear, a scuffed toe, or a missing insole is not a free return. Gift cards, final-sale notes on a product page, and worn repair jobs follow those items’ own rules.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original tender after we inspect the pair in Red WingH. Store credit is available if you ask. Exchanges depend on stock of the new size or width; we may refund and ask you to reorder. Sale prices you saw at checkout are the prices we refund.

Ship authorized returns to Cannon River Leather Co LLC, 412 Third Street Suite 120, Red WingH, MN 55066. Do not send a pair until we issue a return label or ticket number.
