Cannon River Leather Co LLC ships Red WingH orders from Red WingH, Minnesota to addresses in the United States. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a flat standard rate shown at checkout. Free returns travel with that same $50 threshold as described on the Returns page.
When it leaves
In-stock pairs typically leave within two business days. A preorder or made-to-last note on the product page controls that style. You receive a carrier scan and tracking by email at the address on the order. Weekend and holiday cutoffs follow the carrier calendar, not the clock on this site.
Address and delivery
Use a street address the carrier can reach. We are not responsible for a carton left at a porch the carrier marks delivered. If the box comes back as undeliverable we will try the email on the order; reshipping may add a second freight charge.
Tax and duties
U.S. sales tax is collected where we have a duty to collect. We do not currently offer international checkout on this shop. If a future order leaves the U.S., duties are the buyer’s.
