Limited warranty
Cannon River Leather Co LLC warrants Red WingH footwear sold on this site against defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear for one year from the ship date, unless a product page states a different period. The warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What is covered
Open seams, failed welts, hardware that breaks in ordinary use, and manufacturing faults in the last, lining, or outsole that appear with reasonable wear. We will repair, replace, or refund at our option.
What is not covered
- Wear from abrasion, chemicals, heat, or a last that was the wrong size or width.
- Damage from neglect, water left in the leather, or a resoling job we did not perform.
- Normal creasing, color shift in oil-tanned leather, and sole wear.
- Apparel, socks, care kits, and gift cards except as those items’ own terms provide.
How to start a claim
Write [email protected] with your order number, style number, size, width, photos of the fault, and a short description. We may ask you to ship the pair to 412 Third Street Suite 120, Red WingH, MN 55066. Do not send a pair until we confirm the ticket. Repair work that falls outside the warranty is quoted first; see the Repairs page.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts.
